As part of our suite of front-end services, our civil engineers can work with other members of our team and the chosen site selection consultant to assist with technical reviews, site due diligence, and incentive and other negotiations during the site selection process.
Because we work closely with our pre-construction team at Gray, we can provide detailed and accurate pricing coming out of engineering so that you know exactly what to expect very early on in the process. We incorporate value engineering into our services and are prepared to make adoptive changes throughout a project as new insights or constraints arise.
We specialize in the use of natural and low global warming potential (GWP) refrigerants, specifically in large central ammonia systems, low-charge ammonia systems, CO2 Cascade systems, CO2 Rack systems, and Freon systems.
Our team has specific knowledge of the AIM Act and how it affects current operating plants, in construction projects, and future construction. We can help navigate these new changes and help select the correct refrigerants for new projects as well as replacements for existing plants.
While we don’t offer full PSM or RMP programs, we do offer the ability to audit existing systems to make sure they are up to code and compliance. We can perform relief, charge, MEB, and ventilation calculations to help determine if your system is up to code, and we can offer design services to get systems up to code. We also have industry contacts to help with the PSM and RMP services.
